Tuning, Toning & Talking 

The Tuning, Toning and Talking program is an alternate form of aerobic exercise which uses your own body weight as resistance.
Where: Civic Center, 3001-17th Street
When: Monday and Friday
Time: 9 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Cost: $1.00 per class

Stepping Out Walking Club

This program is for adults 18 years of age and older.
Where: Civic Center, 3001-17th Street
When: Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. 
Cost:  $1.00 per class

Zumba Gold

This program is low-impact and is designed to improve your health, balance and reduce stress.  It’s great for the beginners and the young at heart!
Where: Civic Center, 3001-17th Street
When: Wednesdays
Time: 9 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Cost:  $1.00 per class

BINGO-cise

Body & mind at work!  This program is low-impact and includes movement, exercise, stretching, prizes and more!
Where: Civic Center, 3001-17th Street
When: Third Monday of every month
Time: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Cost:  $1.00 per bingo card

Chair Volleyball  - ON HIATUS

Chair volleyball is played with 6 players seated in chairs (or a wheelchair) on each side of the net.
Where: Civic Center
When: Tuesdays 
Time: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Cost: $1 per class

Shuffleboard Club and Clubhouse Activities

Where: 701 Ohio Ave.
When: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Time: 1:30 p.m.
