*Friday weekday hourly rate only available until 3 p.m.

The Resident/Business/Non-Profit rate is only available to Residents or business owners located within the corporate limits of the City of St. Cloud on the date of the deposit.  All non-profit organizations within Osceola County are also eligible for this rate. Proof of non-profit status is required.

Weekend Rentals 
Friday night, Saturday and Sunday the Magnolia Room is available as follows:

Hourly Rates:

*Saturday and Sunday hourly rates must be a minimum of four (4) hours.

Refundable Security Deposit           $300                                                         $300

Security Deposit plus one-half of rental fee is required to reserve a date.  
Final payment is due 7 days prior to rental date.  If full payment is not received 7 days prior, the City of St. Cloud may cancel the event with no refunds.

SECTION IV.  Sales Tax
Fees do not include applicable sales tax, which will be added as required by law.
