If your event is in the evening, you must have the hall cleaned and back to its original set up before exiting the front doors at your scheduled “end” time(i.e. 10:00 pm, you must have everything cleaned , placed back in order and leave by 10:00 pm)
You may use the kitchen appliances for warming purposes.
DO NOT tape, tack, pin, staple, glue, hang, tie and nail anything to the walls, doors, ceilings, light fixtures, paintings, fans, velour curtains, floors or window treatments.
ONLY candles floating or surrounded by water are permitted (unless they are birthday candles).
No glitter, confetti, candles, sparklers or fog machines.
The use of Floor Wax is strictly PROHIBITED on the wood flooring.
NO SMOKING allowed in the building or on the porch area.
Please pick up and carry the chairs and tables.DO NOT drag, slide or push them across the floors
No animals or pets inside the building.
