Public Records Requests

Thank you for visiting the City of St. Cloud Public Records request page. The most efficient way to submit a Public Records request for most records is by visiting our JustFOIA page.

To request St. Cloud Fire Rescue EMS records, specifically those that include medical information protected by HIPAA, please submit your written request via fax to 407-957-8442. For additional information, email marjorie.guillen@stcloudfl.gov or janine.rodriguez@stcloudfl.gov.

You may also send an email to city.clerk@stcloudfl.gov with details on what records you are requesting. If you prefer, you can call the City Clerk’s office at 407-957-7300. The request must be clear enough to enable the City to conduct a meaningful search. The City may ask questions about the request in order to respond fully and in a timely manner.
